Our organisation is here to help seamen to whatever they need. As former seafarers and agents we know very well that life at sea can be difficult sometimes and we are here to assist in any way we can. From delivery of crew welfare items to a fresh haircut on board, we are here to help.
Did you know that there are about 2 million seafarers in the world? In the port of Rotterdam, we welcome over 90.000 seafarers each year. Most terminals are too far away from the city center (farthest terminal is 90 km away, that is a 1 hour drive) or the portcall of the vessel is too short to go ashore. So if you don't have time to go ashore, we bring the shore to you!
The Crew Welfare Center is a cooperation between experienced ship suppliers and agents, who have been in the business for years. Together we can provide a better service at lower costs to all crew who require our assistance on board.
Our team is happy to help you with anything you need on board! From vitamins to new carpet for you cabin. We understand that life on board can be rough, as we have either sailed on board or worked in port for years. You can reach out to us for delivery of items, but also just for a chat.
